At HomesKitsPro, we deliver nationwide across all 47 counties in Kenya. All orders are processed transparently and shipped securely to your nearest designated town collection point or specified delivery address.

1. Order Processing & Handling Time

Our handling time defines how long it takes to prepare your order before it is dispatched to our courier partners.

Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (East Africa Time - EAT), Monday through Saturday.
Handling Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM are processed and dispatched within 24 hours (1 business day). Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on Sundays are processed the next business day.
Operational Hours: Monday – Saturday, 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM (EAT).

2. Shipping Zones & Transit Times

Transit time begins once the courier collects the package from our Nairobi distribution network. Total delivery time equals our 1-day handling time plus the transit times listed below:

To ensure billing transparency, our shipping fees are fixed predictably based on the item's size category and your delivery zone. The price you see at checkout is final.

Standard Items: Hand tools, small electronics, domestic accessories, cleaning items.
Medium Items: Professional power tools, water heaters, microwave ovens, audio systems.
Bulky Items: Power generators, large refrigerators, washing machines, commercial water pumps, complete solar systems.

4. Order Tracking
