HomesKitsPro is an online retail store registered and operating in Kenya, selling household appliances, electronics, water and plumbing products, tools, hardware, and home improvement goods. Our registered business address is Nairobi CBD, Nairobi, Kenya. You can contact us at (254) 746-334-492.

Please read these Terms carefully before making a purchase. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our website or place an order.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order on our website, you confirm that:

  • The information you provide during registration and checkout is accurate, current, and complete.

3. Products and Availability

3.1 Product Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, and prices on our website are accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free, complete, or current. In the event that a product is described inaccurately, your sole remedy is to return the product in an unused condition in accordance with our Returns Policy.

3.2 Stock Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders at our discretion. If a product you have ordered is out of stock after payment, we will contact you within 2 business days to offer an alternative, a substitution, or a full refund.

3.3 Pricing

All prices are displayed in Kenya Shillings (KES) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete your purchase. Shipping charges are calculated separately at checkout based on your delivery location and product dimensions.

4. Orders and Contract Formation

When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. An order confirmation email sent to your registered email address acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance. A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch your order and send you a shipping notification.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Payment failure or suspected fraudulent transactions.
  • Errors in pricing or product information on our website.
  • Products being unavailable or discontinued.
  • Delivery restrictions to your location.

If we cancel your order after payment has been received, we will issue a full refund within 5 to 7 business days using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

  • M-Pesa (via Paybill or Till Number)
  • Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards
  • Direct bank transfer

All card and M-Pesa transactions are processed securely through Paystack, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. HomesKitsPro does not store your card details on our servers.

Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We do not offer credit terms or payment on delivery unless specifically advertised as a promotion. By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

6. Delivery

6.1 Delivery Coverage

We deliver to all major towns and regions across Kenya. Delivery is made to a convenient pickup point or directly to your address depending on your location and the courier partner serving your area.

6.2 Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Major towns (Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret): 1 to 3 business days
  • Other towns and counties: 2 to 5 business days
  • Remote areas: 3 to 7 business days

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur due to high order volumes, public holidays, adverse weather, or courier disruptions. HomesKitsPro will not be liable for losses or inconvenience caused by delivery delays beyond our reasonable control.

6.3 Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the size and weight of your order. The total shipping charge will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

6.4 Risk and Ownership

Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery. Ownership of products passes to you upon receipt of full payment.

6.5 Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt fails because no one is available to receive the order, the courier will make contact using the phone number provided at checkout. If we are unable to reach you or complete delivery after reasonable attempts, the order may be returned to us and re-delivery charges may apply.

7. Returns and Refunds

7.1 Return Period

You may return a product within 7 days of delivery if it meets the conditions set out below. To initiate a return, contact us at (254) 746-334-492 or through our website within this period.

7.2 Eligible Returns

We will accept a return and issue a refund or replacement if:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or not as described on our website.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

7.3 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are defective:

  • Items that have been used, installed, or damaged by the customer.
  • Items without original packaging or missing accessories.
  • Perishable or hygiene-sensitive products.
  • Products that have been customised or specially ordered.

7.4 Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be made using the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a product defect.

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, product descriptions, graphics, and design elements, is the property of HomesKitsPro or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
